Currently the optometric industry has grown exponentially, that has driven that efficiency and productivity in this sector are key points for the success and profitability. Logistics methodologies was used to establish the proposal for the improvement of productivity, to carry out this project which were mathematical algorithms which helped to determine the best routes for each analyzed city. This project is divided into 6 chapters which are presented below: Chapter 1 General aspects that has this project of certification (objectives, justification, scope), also outlined the background of the company Optigranda for the proposal of improvement. Chapter 2 covers all that is the literature review that is handled throughout the work of qualification which covers methodologies to be used also as important concepts. Chapter 3 will be presented the current situation of the company, i.e. the existing problems, current processes, current route planning among others. Chapter 4 presents logistic methodologies for the proposal of improvement which was performed using TSP with Ant Colony algorithm and linear programming, both methodologies are optimization of time and distance to establish logistic routes. Chapter 5 evaluated the impact of the proposal to improve through economic analysis and an analysis of the productivity. Chapter 6 covers the conclusions and recommendations obtained in the present project of qualification. |
