This project aims at the development of fresh bananas in a process that seeks to improve and to innovate the production of it, and somehow managed to industrialize the banana, giving it an additional value similar to the jam and thus allow settling first in our local market and then try to settle in the international market. For the realization of this project was necessary to perform several tests of formulation to obtain the most appropriate product. |
