Rehabilitación del Centro Urbano de la Zona Norte (La Delicia): Diseño urbano arquitectónico del complejo deportivo y recreativo La Delicia

Quito is a city that currently suffers from urban sprawl. This results in the existence of settlements in its outskirts, taking also the valleys around. This work seeks from an urban point of view the creation of a micro centrality in Quito, in the northem part of the city in the neighborhoods Cotocollao, La Delicia 1, Villas Aurora, El Rocío, San Sebastián 2 and La Esperanza, to supply them in good equipment. And from the architectural point of view, design equipment for sport and recreation. This work is divided into 6 phases, which have a logical chronology. The first ís the Elaboration of the Topic. Then we have the Project Definition, which is to justify why we need a Recreational Sports Center in the Sector Studied. The following describes the Phase 3, Research Stage to support the architectural design and the respective Schedule. Having found the required information, the next step is to star the phase of Conceptualization and Mass Plan. lt proposes three alterative of mass plan inurbane in Architectural. After a study, the best alternative of mass plan will be design in it a better way. Finally we have the phase of the Project which will explain the project in its real magnitude.
