Main mind a time study was conducted and processes were improved by reducing time significantly by applying various techniques for improving production and studying the cycle of Deming was identified steps or essential processes which are impossible to modify for which in secondary or support they were slightly modified as designating an additional support person for quality control as an outstanding example. For the maintenance area was the need for slight changes in this machinery because with the addition of parts and proper maintenance schedule is well optimized processes. In the production area together with the boss managed to strengthen effective communication for which by recommendation of operators in the area who are experts on the subject as to perform the daily work suggested ideas with the correct application gave changes positive because through these above steps a representative economic savings was achieved in the production process of the Golden Vit with several recommendations among which should improve the work environment, effective communication and take more into account the recommendations of staff. |
