This plan pretends facilitate the company shows good results in net profit balance account for the period after of 2009, year when textile imports were affected by some duties applied by COMEXI, with the purpose to take steps for restored Ecuadorian Commercial Balance For these restrictions were applied two custom duties: a 30% ad valorem duty and a specific duty of USD 12,00 for each textile item kilogram. Neither of them did consider the C.A.N. (Andean Community of Countries) agreements.
