The development of the project begins by analyzing the background and main factors that impact the technology sector, in order to get to know the economic, environmental, political and social aspects, which must be taken in consideration for the development of the various management plans and the economic-financial analysis of the project. Finally, applying the good practices of the PMBOK®, different management plans were developed to allow a proper management and control of the triple restriction, and in order to achieve compliance with the stated objectives. |
