Achoimre:The main goal of this business plan is to determine the viability to implement a new Hotel in Ibarra city.In chapter 1, the general aspects for this business plan are given as information. The touristic sectors, as the hotels and restaurants industry, as shown in Chapter 11 are important for the economy of Ecuador, projecting a significant growth in the future. The study of the investigation of markets in Chapter 111, allows obtaining precise information about likes and preferences of tourists at the moment of choosing a hotel, knowing the market with the possible demand and the existent offers, the advice from experts in the hotelier business, allow clarifying the idea of implanting a new hotel. In Chapter IV, we present the vision, mission and the values that will let taking the hotel to the identified objects, with the different strategies that will be applied, besides it is included the organizational structure that guarantee a good performance. The marketing plan detailed in Chapter V makes the projection of sales based on the size of the market, and how to achieve a positioning focused to the market objective that the hotel has. Chapter VI we determine the financial assumptions in two cases, leveraged and unleveraged with three settings; optimistic, normal and pessimistic that reflects the viability of the business.
