Shrnutí: | The Fundation Promocion Humana Diocesana de Guaranda is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the support and development of the most marginalized communities in the province of Bolivar, especially in the livestock area for the production of cheese, the Foundation is responsible for marketing of the products of their communities, which will be an improvement plan in order to launch the products under its own brand and enter a new market. Given that the dairy sector in the country has great potential growth. The Foundation requires internal improvements in the administrative branch in which, the Human Resources, Sales and Marketing and a restructuring in the production area will increase essential areas for its improvement. Areas that the Foundation does not currently have, and also incorporate a well-trained team with experience in these areas to assist the development of the Foundation. A marketing plan will be implemented for the launch campaign of the brand and remembrance, which will allow the Foundation reach the target market where they want to sell products, a segment that is targeted at households economically active men and women with socioeconomic level middle, lower middle of the Administrative Zone Eugenio Espejo and the parish of Calderon. The types of cheese to be sold are: Fresh, Mozzarella, Andino or semi mature and Parmesan in outlets such as convenience stores and supermarkets most popular. |
