Samenvatting:The following research was conducted in order to generate a plan for communication and public relations for Fundación CiclóPolis, a non profit organization that promotes the use of bicycles as transportation in the city of Quito. The strategies and actions proposed in this plan have been generated after an investigative and analytical work within the organization. It has taken as its starting point the study of the major communication products that keeps the Foundation with it audiences, internal and external. In the same way polls were conducted for realized the perception that people had with the Foundation and what they think are the best ways to recibe information about CiclóPolis. It should be noted that the main objective of this research is to generate strategies for CiclóPolis to strengthen its corporate image to their target audiences, so they can generate greater recall in public and be the pioneer organization in promoting bycicle as transportation in Ecuador.
