Zusammenfassung:Poor eating habits and prevailing sedentary lifestyle increase the risk of developing metabolic diseases. The national health survey ENSANUT indicates that 6 out of 10 Ecuadorians are overweight and obese, 4 percent have hyperglycemia, 55 percent have some form of dyslipidemia (2). These alterations develop diseases that constitute genuine public health problems for many countries of the world. Ours is no exception. This problem is multiplied in the oil industry where the present study is carried out due to certain considerations for the collective of workers in this sector. The parameters compared with those of the general population increase; which is why it is necessary to develop an internal marketing plan to control cardiometabolic risk factors and avoid chronic diseases in workers with important repercussions on work, family and social. Among the goals of the marketing plan is to reduce BMI (body mass index), reduce levels of dyslipidemia, improve HDL (good cholesterol) levels, improve blood glucose levels, educate workers so they can change their improper eating habits, stimulating physical activity. The methodology applied is descriptive - observational in which cardiometabolic risk factors will be taken as a starting point susceptible of control. Once the plan is implemented, it becomes an additional tool for managing risk factors, prevention of related diseases, productivity of the company by having fewer absences due to illnesses, optimization of costs by reducing insurance claims of health, a positive costbenefit analysis in favor of the prevention of the appearance of cardiometabolic diseases. The results could be transferred to companies that maintain certain characteristics and could be extended to the entire corporation and make it part of the company is sustainability plan.
