Shrnutí:Breast milk is, by itself, the best food and the best drink that can be exclusively a boy or girl from birth to six months and with other foods up to two years. To which the health team is the cornerstone for proper exclusive breastfeeding. This research aimed to determine the professional interest of the health team strikes the appropriate exclusive breastfeeding in the service of Gynecology, Obstetrics and Neonatology Hospital Jose Maria Velasco Ibarra de Tena in the period May to October 2013, this work had the principal focus of qualitative research as a basic research method was Country. Monitoring knowledge of basic issues about the appropriate exclusive breastfeeding in the service of Gynecology / Obstetrics and Neonatology Hospital José Maria Velasco Ibarra de Tena is reached the following conclusions, finds no consolidated knowledge, which affects poor management on the appropriate exclusive breastfeeding. The health team concerned if you have a breastfeeding policy, this is that mothers should only give the breast to the newborn until at least 6 months old. Health professionals conduct regular campaigns about the benefits and management of breastfeeding in the outpatient and inpatient gynecology and neonatology.
