Summary:This thesis project is oriented to the master franchise of Gymboree, Plaza Las Americas, a center of early stimulation for children aged 0 to 5, where they develop physical, cognitive and social skills through play, music and art programs. The objective of this research is to analyze and identify the problems of communication and the level of satisfaction of customers and employees, for the development of a communication Plan aimed to strengthen the good management of existing communication tools of Gymboree, franchise masterpiece; with the intention of implementing the Plan to all centers and achieve a more unified image. In the first three chapters information about the company Gymboree, its inception and development in Ecuador, is provided. Concepts and information about: internal communication, its importance, audiences that are part of a company and the participation they have in it, the types of communication tools and the working environment is exposed. In the fourth chapter the research meets the results that led to the development of communication Plan detailed in Chapter five; with the conclusions and final recommendations.
