Community-based rural tourism training needs will be identified first to then consolidate them by developing a tourism training plan which will strengthen management skills in community-based rural tourism. The community-based rural tourism training plan will provide several tools to enhance tourism activity, services and strengthen their business association. Developing the project will allow the inhabitants of Mashpi Community to improve their technical, operational and tourism management skills as well as, improve and diversify their income. |
