| Zusammenfassung: | The main objective of this business plan is to determine the viability of the production of a cúrcuma based drink and other natural fruits and plants that act as a supplement to stimulate memory, concentration and other brain functions. Seeking for a reduction of the production costs, an import process of glass bottles from Peru will be carried out, because the price of each bottle is lower in that country and the commercial agreements between Ecuador and Peru, as well as the type of change are favorable for the company. This project arises from the need of the Quito consumers, who reside in the north of the city and lead a healthy lifestyle but also a demanding one, who have little variety of products based on natural ingredients that stimulate brain functions and also act as a supplement for proper brain health care; for this reason, the drink that is the subject of this plan is perceived as a product that has an important added value compared to the substitute products available in the market. To identify the opportunities and threats of the market in which the company will perform, an external analysis of the environment or industry is carried out in order to make the most of the advantages of the market and establish contingent and preventive measures to deal with the threats. Then, an analysis of the client is carried out through qualitative and quantitative research tools, in order to know the universe of potential clients and identify the opportunity for the business, to subsequently design the appropriate penetration, distribution and promotion strategies that will allow the company to reach the desired levels of sales and market share. Finally, the financial evaluation of the project is carried out in order to know its value and viability. |
