Ավելացրեք ցուցիչ | Ամփոփում: | This work consists in the elaboration of a quality management plan to obtain the ISO 9001/2015 certification in Dr. Hurtado is Vet Clinic. This was done by the identification, evaluation and monitoring of all processes covered inside the vet clinic. When carrying out this plan, all the processes were standardized and improved by different indicators, also key performance indicators were defined to measure them in terms of productivity. At the same time, the implementation of the plan, stablished a Quality lifecycle management to improve continuously organizational processes thanks to the opinion and active collaboration of all those who are involved with the organization (customers, collaborators, suppliers, etc.). The whole plan consisted in the elaboration of different documents: the process manual, internal audit management manual, technical instruction of the organization is documents and a plan of objectives and goals. All this to comply with the requirements of the ISO 9001/2015 standard which is based on risk management, good quality management and organizational processes. |
