| Čoahkkáigeassu: | The purpose of this business plan is to know through a thorough and extensive analysis, the feasibility of QQ, a company dedicated to implement an organic lipstick production plant in Pichincha. In order to demonstrate this plan, a study was carried out and was focused mainly on the macro environment, customer analysis using qualitative-quantitative methodology, a marketing plan, and financial evaluation. QQ emerged from the need of cosmetic consumers for products that do not have a negative impact on their health and that reduces the risk of getting cancer because of the harmful chemical components. The alarming rates of women who get cancer at present is one of the fundamental foundations to develop this project. QQ supports and justifies a substantial business opportunity with an indispensable numeric support. The main objective of this document is to determine the commercial and financial viability for the elaboration of organic lipsticks for the province of Pichincha. QQ does not offer a simple beauty product, QQ provides tranquility, comfort, fashion and above all health, through a 100 percent natural organic lipstick with anticancer properties. With QQ it is not necessary to impair health to look radiant and feel beautiful. The differentiation of this product is based not only on the benefits that the lipstick gives, it is also focused on a national production model with a plausible and sustainable potential. This product offers characteristics which are sustained with multiple activities that allow to have a competitive advantage. To achieve this advantage, the level of interactivity of the industry was determined, the market preferences were investigated and the most appropriate marketing plan was designed to obtain effective results. |
