Summary:The following work aims to clearly provide all the steps and guidelines that must be taken into account for the launch of a new product of the LIFE Laboratories drug line. Achieving a brand in the market implies a certain process, without which the desired sales and confidence for our product could not be obtained. So this work will include a series of steps and appropriate programs in problem solving, decision making and plans for the new product. Once the best alternatives have been identified, an effective communication will be selected, which will allow a successful introduction into the Ecuadorian pharmaceutical market.
