Shrnutí:Design a training plan in which employees can use communication tools such as: Billboard, Mailing and Intranet, which provide more information regarding the annual training plan which is responsible for the effective management of Human Resources, in turn employees through the intranet may require training or modify their annual training plan with approval and monitoring of their immediate boss. The training plan is based on 4 major phases and they are: 1. Needs Assessment 2. Training Program 3. Performance Evaluation 4. Implementation and action plans To design the training plan a compilation of data was used by: performance evaluation, training survey, application form for training, interview with department heads and exit interview.
