Čoahkkáigeassu:This work answers the following questions: Is the conditional suspension of the procedure an effective response to violations of violence against women and members of the family? Can the conditional suspension of the sentence be an effective solution to the aforementioned type of crime? In order to answer these questions in the first chapter an approximation is made to what is the ordinary criminal process, its stages and duration expressed in maximum and average times. This in order to demonstrate how extensive and tedious is the achievementof criminal procedure. Within the second chapter, alternative procedural outputs are studied from a broad perspective, with a focus on the importance of their application within the penal system, and specifically on the violations of violence against women and members of the family nucleus. In the third chapter, he responds directly to the essence of the conflict within the crimes presented in this essay, where the conditional suspension of the procedure and punishment is contextualized as alternative procedural solutions that provide a solution according to the conflict.
