Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | The Agricultural Industry branch in our country is being increasingly exploited; it is generating bigger interest based on Ecuadorian production, which is providing greater benefits to small producers, for them to develop their activities, knowledge and soil production. Not only to meet the domestic have had products demanded but also for these products to be exported with quality standard levels. However, there is still many opportunities for improvement and growth since agricultural products have not a competitive advantage over substitute products or imported products. Therefore, while this improvement plan was being developed, it aims to deliver an attractive proposal for the producer based on the development of his product, the proper use of his space and a proper distribution of it in order to obtain better recognition and benefits. So, this thesis plan, becomes in the most appropriate tool to demonstrate and to develop the knowledge that we have acquired through our studies, applying them to actual practice and if the Finca considers, it would be able to adapt the strategies in order to have a continuous improvement |
