The service this company offers is custody of documents and files in storage centers specifically built in order to keep our clients information safe and well organized. In addition, we offer files and documents digitalization storage aside physical storage; because digitalization is safe, dependable and durable and it also avoids missing information. However, if the costumers preferred to keep their physical files, we offer personalized assistance in order to avoid problems and give a good service. With this in mind, we started a technical research from the companies that might need this service in their operations. In the results medium companies and pymes are suitable to acquire this service. Additionally, we determine the geographical location of the administrative zone “Eugenio Espejo” in Quito as potential market, because it is characterized for having a large amount of medium enterprises and pymes, also offices around this sector have average physical space. In the segmentation process our main market was defined by 2744 enterprises; we estimated to attack the 4 of the portfolio during the first year of operations. The research threw interesting results that help in decision making because of different factors such as processes and clients demands. They also share that confidence and security should be the main principles of this service. The projects full name is a “Padlock” files and documents manager as a synonym of security and confidence. To start this Project is necessary to invest 101.143,08 money funded 72 by stakeholders and 28 by an external contributor. Stakeholders should expect net present value of 1.473.58 money and an internal return rate of 16.34 which means that the investment and the return rate are safe. Padlock S.A. shows constant development in market participation and financial profits determining success in this business plan in a short period. Furthermore, it is catalogued as an optimal alternative for companies that are worried about files and documents storage in different kind of amounts. |
