The text will approach the subject from the internal democracy and analyze a dimension: the selection of candidates and the procedures that are used to elect legislators. The analysis is based on information obtained through interviews and hemerographic review, which will serve to verify the theory and practice of internal democracy in an Ecuadorian party. And although there is a code that regulates procedures and establishes methods for electing candidates on the equator, many of the parties continue to use informal methods to elect their oligarchical candidates. |
