| 要約: | Barrio Jipijapa is a neighborhood of commercial gastronomic character that has lost prominence since the closure of the Plaza de Toros, but has potentialities such as its rehabilitation and the new mouth of the subway. According to the Vision of Quito 2040 plan and its New City Model, the population by the year 2040 will increase from 2'343 228 to 3'439.166, which shows a growth rate of 1.47 per cent compared to the current population, the same as It has 3,628 inhabitants. The estimated projection for the year 2 040 is 5,333 inhabitants, of which the working-age population (PET) will be around 3 109 people. For the study of the feasibility of the equipment, the population of working age (PWA) projected at 2 040 was taken into consideration through the study of percentages of early entrepreneurial activity in urban areas of Ecuador. Based on the analysis carried out, it is inferred that there will be 626 possible entrepreneurs in the Jipijapa sector who will need teaching and training equipment to develop their entrepreneurial models. The need to create this training and entrepreneurship center responds to the demand generated by this group, which will activate and diversify the current economy of the sector through a series of innovative business models. The project is located in the Jipijapa neighborhood of the DMQ. Located between Av. 10 de Agosto and Juan de Azcaray street, has become the auction of the cluster and project as a milestone of the sector. The lot, of multiple use, is located between these two main axis characterized as an area of easy access and readability, besides being the point of greatest concentration of users. The Entrepreneurship Center will respond to flexibility through adaptation to create neutral containers that can accommodate multiple activities according to their requirement. Likewise, plazas will be projected as places of commercial exchange where the products of the entrepreneurship center and other squares will be exhibited and marketed as spaces of social exchange that will encourage interaction through leisure activities. As for the urban objective, the ground floor will be liberated to integrate it with the public space. |
