Description
Résumé:The purpose of this project is to design and elaborate an illustrated book for children focused on food education in order to promote good eating habits. Processed foods, high in sugar and artificial flavors, have led to high percentages of overweight children. In order to reduce this percentage, in some schools the sale of sugary products has even decreased. The objective of the present work is to let children know more about healthy foods that taste good and provide necessary vitamins for a growing human organism. The objective of this work is not to make parents deprive their children from treats that they like, but to provide them with healthier alternatives that are also tasty. Healthy snacks in children's diet help achieve a necessary nutritional balance.
