Desarrollo de una propuesta de metodología de implementación del ERP INFOR LN aplicando el método de desarrollo de arquitecturas de TOGAF

This is a research project that is born from the need to apply a management tool as robust as it is Enterprise Architecture in the development of a proposed methodology for implementation of enterprise resource planning systems better known as ERP from the vendor Infor, version Ln. It appeared with the aim to highlight the importance of involving to four domains of the Enterprise Architecture, Business, Information, Application and Technology, which are present in an organization in a ERP is implementation project because it often happens that in this such projects there is understood that the responsible and involved only one is the department of technology and this one is a serious mistake that can lead even to the failure of the implementation. The consulting company, object of this descriptive study, counts with 21 years of experience on the market implementing ERP systems. All this experience has helped it to elaborate a methodology of implementation based on the best practices worldwide delivered by institutions as the PMI and Microsoft, nevertheless, is the opinion of its own collaborators and leaders that there are several opportunities of improvement in the above mentioned methodology. Enterprise Architecture with its architecture development method proposed by TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework), ADM can contribute significantly to the implementation of an ERP system and the way it does is what is shown in this work.
