Gaia:The Eighth Semester Urban Planning Plan focuses on the El Batán sector; for the analysis of the site, a previous investigation was carried out, in which both the deficiencies and needs of the sector corresponding to the equipment could be identified. For this is the prooposal of the total reform of the existing infrastructure of the Child Development Center, which will achieve an increase of this type of equipment in the area since they would be insufficient to meet the demand of the population projected by 2035, for which which a methodology was used in three stages: diagnosis, conceptualization and proposal. For the development of this proposal, the following educational methods were considered: Montessori, Waldorf and Agazzi, however, the prevailing approach is The Montessori as being of the best impact and greater use among professionals dedicated to the care and teaching of children. In the reform of this Child Development Center, the platform of the lot is taken into account in order to generate a relationship between the project and the immediate context, through the use of different heights and slopes, which allows its relationship with the environment. Likewise, this project generates spatial experiences through routes and heights depending on the activity and age of the child, completing with the relationship of the interior spaces with the outdoors that promote the integral development of children. Likewise, the project integrates the public space through squares and orchards located in the west and east retreats of the lot.
