Propuesta de optimización en la cadena de abastecimiento durante el acopio y distribución de los materiales en la línea de laminados de la empresa Aceroscenter CIA. Ltda., para la estandarización de procesos

This project presents a proposal in the optimization of a supply chain management for the standardization processes during the collection and distribution of the materials in the line of laminates for the company Aceroscenter Cía. Ltda., Due to the fact that currently there is not a logistics system capable of controlling and managing all the activities involved in said process. For this reason, the problem generated within the company allows applying the knowledge acquired in the field of processes such as logistics and distribution. The presentation of flowcharts as an alternative for activities and gathering information for their respective standardization, will allow those involved in the logistics and distribution processes to have a clearer orientation of how to act in the circumstances generated on the day within said processes. Likewise, the creation of a new exclusive department for managing the logistics and distribution of the company, allows defining the functions and responsibilities to be assumed by each staff involved. The proposed improvement within this project apart from generating benefits in the administrative area, will generate benefits in the economic area, generating savings both in the transport for the distribution of the material and in the training and awareness of the functions, activities and responsibilities of the personal involved within the processes studied.
