Voeg label toe | Samenvatting: | This degree work consists in a Youth Art Center located in the Mariscal Sucre neighborhood on Av. 10 de Agosto, city of Quito. The development of this project was born from the urban planning plan carried out along the Av. 10 de Agosto, this research was carried out by the students of the ninth semester of the University of the Americas ; School of Architecture and Design. A theoretical analysis was carried out which helped to understand how to manage the project in the different instances, to which was added the study of different references and the understanding of the environment which resulted in the need to integrate the existing neighborhoods and generate a space of meeting for these. The sector in which the land is located has a vocation for leisure, but it lacks social welfare focused on youth. At the urban level, there is no connectivity between the existing meeting areas. Due to the aforementioned the project is focused on solving the problems that arise in the environment, highlighting the connectivity. For this, an integrating space is created in which youth can express themselves and improve their capacity to interact with each other. |
