The textile industry was the first ones which have a big development in the epoch, thanks to this one; it gave a meaningful advance for machines towards the manufacture of fabrics and clothes. The new sewing equipment gives the step to a massive production and networks; for what, the handcrafted work and the domestic textile industry were eliminated rapidly. Here is when, the architecture is draught to create industrial buildings that allows constant work in extensive areas. This industry is indispensable for the development of technology and methods of manufacture and textile production, but not as important for the population development. By now, the industry of cloths has turned into a basic need for people, that is the reason why there is a big competition in this industrial sector. The need to innovate and become a point of attraction is indispensable to be able to stand out on this manufacture. This work offers an interior and exterior rehabilitation of Sharles Confecciones, which is a factory that has been dedicated to the textile industry for 23 years. The building, in which the industry works, was created at first as a residence, but by the moment of settling the textile industry inside it, generates conflicts that affects the production and organization of the internal spaces. The design offered, despite the limited area, is based on the functional relation of working places. It was achieved to locate the different administration departments, service and workshop organized in each floor of its construction. The creation of ramps, emergency exists and freight elevator, will facilitate the traffic of the personnel about the whole building and confection materials where it is necessary. The modification of the exterior principal fronts, it is important to create a visual change in the zone where the building is established. Be points of attraction is basic for this company, to extend his business field and this is a key to continue. |
