Technology through computing has made us face new challenges to improve the lifestyle of institutions, companies and organizations that must recognize technology as a necessary means to meet the objectives set. A billing system represents an important factor for managing the information on the rate charges of the Water Boards since it will improve the speed of processing, the recovery of the information will be fast and efficient, there will be data security, real charges will be made and will allow to provide better service to users. It is important to implement a computer system for the automated control of the fees collected in the Potable Water Administration Boards. For the development we worked with programming languages such as: HTML, JavaScript, PHP5, CSS and as a PostgresSQL database manager For the reason stated above, an investigation is presented below that will help us find a practical proposal for the benefit of users and administrators of the water system of the Potable Water Administration Boards. |
