A billing system represents an important factor for managing the information on the rate charges of the Water Boards since it will improve the speed of processing, the recovery of the information will be fast and efficient, there will be data security, real charges will be made and will allow to provide better service to users. It is important to implement a computer system for the automated control of the fees collected in the Potable Water Administration Boards. For the development we worked with programming languages such as: HTML, JavaScript, PHP5, CSS and as a PostgresSQL database manager For the reason stated above, an investigation is presented below that will help us find a practical proposal for the benefit of users and administrators of the water system of the Potable Water Administration Boards. |

La tecnología a través de la informática ha hecho que nos enfrentemos a nuevos retos para mejorar el estilo de vida de las instituciones, empresas y organizaciones que deben reconocer a la tecnología como un medio necesario para alcanzar los objetivos planteados. Un sistema de facturación, representa un factor importante para manejar la información de cobros tarifarios de las Juntas de Agua, mejoró la velocidad de procesamiento, la recuperación de la información, la atención a los usuarios, brindando seguridad de los datos y cobros reales. Es importante la implementación de un sistema informático para el control automatizado de las tarifas recaudadas en las Juntas Administradoras de Agua Potable. Para el desarrollo se trabajó con lenguajes de programación como: HTML, JavaScript, PHP5, CSS y como gestor de base de datos PostgresSQL.
