In which a mixed methodology was used that includes quantitative and qualitative market research. Which focuses on the following strategies: consolidate the company's strengths: Broster Chicken Exquisito, recognized for its quality, service and flavor. These features have been reinforced to attract customers, taking advantage of market opportunities, as the population of Guaranda is growing and the demand for broster chicken. For which these opportunities are taken advantage of to reach new customers, in addition, special attention has been paid to minimizing weaknesses, such as relatively high prices and limited distribution, to improve the company's competitiveness. In conclusion, after applying the strategies of the marketing plan, the aim is to position itself in the market by making the restaurant chain reach a boom point.
