| Achoimre: | This research was conducted based on the development of a quality management system manual based on ISO 9001-2025 standards, applied to departmental processes at the San Luis Hotel in the city of Guaranda. The problem identified was a lack of excellent service when serving guests. The method used to conduct this research was a mixed approach, based on quantitative and qualitative methods that allowed for the use of information obtained through interviews, bibliographic documents, bibliographic records, direct observation, and books. Finally, the results obtained and the implementation of quality management indicators allowed each department to establish timely mechanisms for evaluating and controlling the operational work of the San Luis Hotel. The integration of a quality management system constitutes strategic pillars for achieving service excellence and consolidating the hotel's position in the city of Guaranda. |
