Tóm tắt:The present final work of degree, has the purpose of collaborating with, the teachers of Third Basic Year of of the School Gustavo Lemos of the city of Guaranda, offering them aid through a guide so that they help to improve the communication To listen and To speak. This work is divided in 4 chapters that are structured of the following way. I capitulate 1 is designed by the theoretical frame, which is fragmented in four parts that are:Marco Scientific, Legal Marco, Conceptual Marco and Referential Marco, within the framework Scientist shape ideas, thoughts of different authors with respect to the macroskills that are used in Primary the Educative Establishments, within the framework Legal is shaped concerning the articles in which the application of these works with the purpose is accepted of improving the education in the Country, within the framework Conceptual they are the words with its respective conceptualización and which more they are used in the work, Referential Marco contains the most excellent data of the School Gustavo Lemos. In the chapter the 2 that is methodologic strategies treat about the types of investigation, the techniques and instruments for the data collection, on the universe and the sample of the studied population, the processing you received data and the methods used in our investigation. In chapter 3 the results obtained are shaped graphically after made the survey to the Students and Professors of the School Gustavo Lemos, together with their respective verification of hypothesis and its emitted conclusions and recommendations.
