Plan de negocio para la creación de una empresa de coworking en la provincia Bolívar cantón Guaranda 2022-2023.

The rise in popularity of coworking spaces has sparked interest in assessing the viability of establishing a coworking company in Bolívar Province, specifically in Guaranda Canton, for the period 2022-2023. The objective of the study is to determine the technical, financial, and operational feasibility of creating a coworking space in Guaranda, catering to the needs of independent workers and local professionals. The study focused on Bolívar Province and employed a mix of applied, documentary, and field research methods. Both quantitative and qualitative approaches were used, along with deductive techniques. The target population consisted of urban inhabitants of Guaranda aged between 18 and 65, with a sample of 380 individuals. For data collection, tools like Google Forms were used, and the data was processed using descriptive statistics with IBM SPSS v.25 software. The analysis revealed a significant gap in the supply of coworking spaces in Guaranda, identifying a market opportunity for independent workers and the active labor population. Moreover, the financial projection indicated that the project is not only viable but also offers attractive returns for investors. In conclusion, Guaranda presents a unique window for the implementation of a coworking space, given the evident demand and lack of supply. With an appropriate marketing strategy and efficient management, the "Coworking Business Center Guaranda" has the potential to transform the labor and business landscape of the community.
