Sumari:The present investigative study is applied in the school “Juan Celio Secaira” Parish Central Canton San José of so much Chimbo to the educational ones, children, of the educational center, our purpose was the one of knowing the educational evaluation to develop the critical thought in the room students, fifth, sixth and seventh year of Basic General Education of the school “Juan Celio Secaira” of the Canton San José of Chimbo, Parish Central County Bolívar, Year Lectivo 2011 - 2012. The investigation has as purpose to know if the educational evaluation is a flexible and dynamic component that allows the development of the critical thought that accompanies to the learning process, from principle to end, to help to overcome in the children, its weaknesses and to impel its strengths. The primordial objective is to apply the educational evaluation for the development of the critical thought, and to propose an interactive material that he/she helps to develop new expectations in the children. To respond to the outlined problem it was necessary to develop a field investigation, serious, real, and complex; whose elements keep synergy, logically based in modern and recent theories and philosophical focuses, limits expressed by the Ministry of Education, we also go to an important and properly selected methodological field, which are for the purpose use the applied investigation; for the place we use the field investigation; for the origin we use the bibliographical investigation; for at the level we use the explanatory investigation; for the design and dimension we apply the traverse investigation; for the method we use the deductive method that you/they contributed in the search of the truth; for the confirmation of the hypothesis it was made you dare of a simple descriptive statistical process As instrument of relationship of data we use primary and secondary sources (it interviews), the population was constituted by 98 people, of which are 11 educational that elaborate in the educational center and 87 students that study the room students, fifth, sixth and seventh year of Basic General Education. The analysis and presentation of results are elaborated by means of charts and graph designed in the program Excel these results they were analyzed and confronted, those which abalizan the investigation of the problem outlined through a viable and novel proposal with a didactic guide of the educational evaluation to foment the development of critical thought. The guide of methodological processes in the class classroom becomes a very important resource that puts to the educational one within reach of the daily life as tool to produce knowledge in the students' trajectory. Guide's type, allows improving the knowledge in a way feasible, obtained positive results in the Institution.
