In addition, communication in educational activities allows everyone to have common interests and specific responsibilities, creating a supportive environment that jointly benefits students. A positive interaction between teacher and student is the basis for interest and deepening of knowledge, this relationship considers interpersonal ties based on respect, trust, through which the participants feel recognized, seen, heard, considered, safe and without fear of rejection to build relationships where they express their opinions freely. This study proposes to design a Strategic Communication Plan with axes or application objectives, actions, activities, budgets, managers, execution times and indicators to strengthen communication and interaction between teacher-student.
