Итог:his thesis, entitled "Training and Competencies Plan for Students of the Human Talent Management Degree at the State University of Bolívar, Year 2024", addresses the need to strengthen professional competencies in students of this degree, with the aim of improving their professional performance and expanding the possibility of employability in an increasingly competitive labor market. The research is based on the diagnosis of gaps between the current skills of students and the demands of the professional environment, proposing a comprehensive training plan as a solution. The study identifies that, although students have outstanding competencies in behavioral areas, such as leadership, adaptation to change and conflict resolution, they face deficiencies in technical aspects, such as the use of digital tools and the strategic management of human talent. These critical areas limit their ability to apply knowledge in real work contexts, evidencing the need for more practical and contextualized training. Using a mixed methodological approach, combining qualitative and quantitative techniques, data were collected through surveys and content analysis applied to a sample of 201 students. The results highlight that most respondents perceive a positive development in key competencies, but recognize the need to reinforce specific technical skills to meet the demands of the labor market. Based on these findings, a training plan was designed structured around clear objectives, relevant content and innovative strategies, including practical activities and the use of educational technologies. The proposed training plan seeks to close the gaps detected, promoting technical, behavioral and cognitive competencies essential for human talent management. Its implementation will not only benefit students, preparing them to face labor challenges, but will also contribute to 6 the institutional positioning of the university as a reference in the training of highly qualified professionals.
