Opis
Izvleček:In the province of Chimborazo, Guano Canton, parish Santa Fe de Galan, San José de Sabañag community in the Freedom of hacienda owned by Mr. Fausto Rosero; Located at 2728 meters above sea level, an investigation was conducted in order to evaluate three types of solid fruit, milk production for silage. The experimental work lasted 90 days, 16 cows of the native breed improved with an average weight of 350 kg, distributed in four experimental units and four treatments: T1 control group, T2 silage tree tomato, T3 silage banana, papaya T4 silage. a design completely random, Duncan test for mean separation and each treatment had 4 replications was applied. As relates to the production of milk increased production in the three treatments was obtained, which won the T3 increased production gain, followed by T2 and T4 respectively. While in corresponding to weight gain equally weight gain was obtained in the three treatments being as follows, T3 which obtained greater weight gain during the three months of field work, and this in turn followed by T2 and T4 respectively. The most efficient way to complete the investigation T3 has better feed conversion with 0.263 Kg feed conversion, but only I get over the T1 to 0,270 kg, which can be given to note that there is almost similar conversion in T2, T3 treatments and T4. The economic assessment, reported increased spending on treatment T3 $ 498,3 with a gain of $ 564,11 was the lowest investment for control treatment with $ 465,5 and a gain of $ 466,32. The cost benefit ratio was optimal at $ 1.06 T3 with what we want to say that for every dollar invested there is a gain $0,06. As a final recommendation can indicate the possible use of silage banana as a food supplement in milk production to improve production.
