| Crynodeb: | In the following research project, the problem identified in third-year students of Basic General Education at the “Ángel Politico Chaves” School of Basic General Education was addressed, where difficulties are found in teaching strategies with recycled materials in the development of the imagination of the children. In addition, the general objective was to determine teaching strategies with recycled materials in the development of the imagination of children in the third year of basic general education in the area of natural sciences. Likewise, the specific objectives in purpose of the research proposal are to Socialize the Guide to teaching strategies with recycled material for the development of the imagination of children in the third year of Basic General Education. Therefore, the methodology was developed based on a mixed approach, both qualitatively and quantitatively, therefore, data could be obtained through observation and interview forms that allowed information to be collected from 20 students and 1 teacher. In this way, the results of the research and its respective proposal show that teaching strategies are essential for the development of children's imagination. Finally, it is recommended that teachers adequately apply didactic strategies in the teaching-learning process, taking interest and encouragement towards the area of natural sciences, for the development of imagination. |
