Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | In order to carry out the investigative process, the problem within the town is identified dropping that one of the least discussed topics is accounting in the hotel industry, through observation is given the institution where develops investigative process identified as such Hostal Grant Mockingbird. Where acceptance by the representatives of the institution is established and the need to establish a consistent accounting system to the new requirements set, so a level analysis of this and other institutions on how it is carried accounting runs, surveys are conducted, interviews and observation records are set, once processed these data show that the study focused on the hospitality accounting is indispensable. In this report very important elements used for the development of research such as detailed: Bibliographical sources used in the research process thereby determining that the work has the necessary foundation for understanding and realization, inside sources have books, magazines, research by other institutions of higher education in the same area and related topics our investigation, determined in all the basis for decision-making is accounting information, methods, techniques, and tools used to carry out the research process in order to serve as a basis for further research and can perform them without no problem since they will have a source of consultation according to your needs. The most important element of this report is the result obtained in the project and as such we identify that accounting for the registration of preventing the economic and financial development of the institution's activities does not apply, and an accounting system developed states office suite in Excel. |
