Add Tag | Summary: | The purpose of this investigation was to carry out a government audit of the Pilahuín Rural Parochial Decentralized Autonomous Government for the identification of compliance with institutional policies, year 2022, for which it was necessary to establish a methodology that had a qualitative and quantitative approach, of type descriptive and inductive, the information was obtained through the application of surveys, interviews and the lifting of an observation sheet. The results revealed that the institution does not fully comply with institutional policies due to little knowledge of the subject, as well as identifying that the entity does not have a manual where they can verify compliance with the policies, which affects in development to the Decentralized Autonomous Government and therefore to the locality, however, it was verified through statistical analysis that the performance of the government audit has influenced compliance with institutional policies. In this context, it is concluded that the institution lacks knowledge about institutional policies, evidencing the lack of compliance in its entirety with the policies established by the institution.
