| Zusammenfassung: | The study conducted at the Mushuc Runa Savings and Credit Cooperative in Guaranda during 2022 aimed to carry out a management audit to improve human talent performance. Employing a mixed methodology, documentary and field approaches were combined with quantitative and qualitative methods. This allowed for an in-depth review of the literature and a direct analysis of specific data from the cooperative, facilitating observation, interaction, and evidence collection directly in its operational environment. Through techniques such as interviews and surveys, detailed information from employees and partners was collected, using statistical and exploratory analysis to understand the dynamics and challenges of human talent. The main results revealed critical weaknesses in the management of human talent, including the lack of constant monitoring of responsibilities, insufficient implementation of training programs, inefficient selection and recruitment processes, and deficiencies in customer service. These findings underline the urgent need for corrective interventions to strengthen performance and organizational management. In conclusion, the final report highlighted the importance of establishing monitoring and evaluation systems, developing training programs aligned with professional growth, optimizing selection processes to incorporate suitable candidates, and improving the verification of quality in customer service. These strategic recommendations aim to address the detected weaknesses and promote a culture of continuous improvement, essential for the success and operational efficiency of the cooperative. |
