Achoimre:Female entrepreneurship refers to the business activity carried out by women, involving the creation, management, and development of new businesses, as well as innovation within existing companies. It is a phenomenon that has gained recognition and relevance in recent years due to its impact on economic and social development. Our research is supported by scientific information (Scopus) and analyzed through data mining (QDA Miner). Our findings establish that women entrepreneurs are motivated by autonomy, self-fulfillment, and financial independence, and they aspire to contribute to economic and social development. However, they face barriers such as lack of access to financing, deep- rooted gender stereotypes, and family responsibilities. Family support and online communities are crucial to their success.
