Our findings establish that women entrepreneurs are motivated by autonomy, self-fulfillment, and financial independence, and they aspire to contribute to economic and social development. However, they face barriers such as lack of access to financing, deep- rooted gender stereotypes, and family responsibilities. Family support and online communities are crucial to their success. Female entrepreneurship generates employment and improves the quality of life, having a significant socioeconomic impact.. |

Se revisaron 10 artículos de la base de datos Scopus, utilizando el software QDA Miner. Las mujeres emprendedoras se motivan por la autonomía, autorrealización e independencia financiera, y desean contribuir al desarrollo económico y social. Sin embargo, enfrentan barreras como la falta de acceso a financiamiento, estereotipos de género arraigados y responsabilidades familiares.
