Итог:The main objective of the investigation was to determine the human, road and vehicular factors that most affect the occurrence of a vehicular accident on the road, for which by reviewing historical data on traffic accidents, it was determined that the human factor has more incidence in a traffic accident, in what corresponds to the investigation period, as well as the highest number of accidents have been registered between km 10.5 to 38, due to the irregular topography of the road, which compromises safe driving actions at all drivers. With the application of the technical prevention standard (NTP 330), the risk levels of the road environment were obtained, obtained according to the analysis of the parameters established in the road environment evaluation matrix, for which it was divided into three sections according to the topographic characteristics, and each one of them was evaluated, obtaining a very high level of risk in the second section. Also, 60 observation sheets applied to vehicles between public and private individuals were used, with which the most common actions of drivers were evaluated, with which strategies could be established to reduce them. Regarding the research approach, it had a mixed character, since qualitative evaluation parameters were established for all the risk factors under study and certain weightings for the estimation of risk levels. Finally, it concludes with the proposal of the measures and strategies aimed at preventing and mitigating the consequences of traffic accidents, with which it is intended to promote the safety of all users of the road environment, within the Guanujo Echeandía road.
