Auditoría administrativa para medir la eficiencia del gobierno autónomo descentralizado parroquial de San Jacinto del Búa, cantón Santo Domingo, período 2021

In this thesis project, a field investigation was carried out where the entity was visited to execute our research and bibliography based on different authors, including an administrative audit, in order to identify all the needs required within the San Jacinto parish GAD del Búa, for an intermediate period throughout the year 2021, with the aim of carrying out an Administrative Audit to measure efficiency; the body of knowledge provided by the entity, related to structural and organizational knowledge, is complemented and detailed for the specific objectives of each audit, allowing us to express an opinion on the reasonableness of the Administrative Management, in addition to evaluating the effectiveness, especially the efficiency and above all, the quality of the administrative management, which allows us to verify compliance with the applicable laws and regulations in each activity; and, evaluating the performance of the established internal control system, its results were reported in the general audit report to provide information and recommendations based on the decisions and actions, finally, once everything was done, it was possible to verify that the GAD is not efficient in its entirety, which means that a series of recommendations are made with the sole purpose that the parties accept what has been exposed to improve it in order to have a better image.
