Who have not known since its comprehensiveness and provide scientific expertise to restrict dissimilar that once harmonious and moral growth of youth. Institutions that have not been able to control the unhealthy attitude of amusement centers and clubs at the sight of citizenship; public places where entry to minors is allowed, as well as freedom to consume legal and illegal, solid and liquid drugs, attitudes that you should be alleged and, require these dens submission policy rated by the authorities for inquiry your accomplishments and proceed with closing these places that deteriorate the socio- emotional and moral skills.
