| 總結: | Determine the foods that schoolchildren consume and especially their diet, the main purpose of this research work. It is precisely in the latter where special interest was put, because the eating habits or customs that the students have, condition that their organism take advantage or not of the nutritional potential of the foods they consume for breakfast and specials during the break of the day school. Faced with this reality, a survey determined the foods consumed by schoolchildren, as well as their eating habits. Based on these data and the calculation of anthropometric values (weight and height), the impact of this type of diet on children's health (malnutrition and overweight) is measured. The proposal is a food guide to change the diet in schoolchildren. The application of a recipe book in the classroom, specifically specifies that students value other types of food that are low cost, nutritious and healthy; as well as the importance of the consumption of foods related to their proportions and most suitable combinations for an ideal nutrition. |
