সংক্ষিপ্ত:Security and risk management near gas stations are essential to ensure the protection of the surrounding communities. This study emerges as a comprehensive and pioneering investigation, focused on meticulously evaluating and analyzing the risks associated with BLEVE (Boiling Liquid Expanding Vapor Explosion) in citadels near the gas stations of the Bolívar Drivers Union, with a special emphasis on risk management and prevention. The main objective has been to investigate and analyze the potential danger of BLEVE, applying various methodologies such as quantitative, descriptive, exploratory, and cross-sectional. The study is based on a non-experimental and field design, using sophisticated and advanced tools, such as the ALOHA software and a structured analysis of cause and effect trees. All of this, in a concentrated effort to process, evaluate, and deeply understand the vast information collected. The main findings of the research highlight the presence of discernible levels of risk in the vicinity of the gas stations, offering a detailed cartographic representation of the thermal risks and outlining potential catastrophe scenarios. Through the analysis, it has been possible to effectively identify and categorize the risks, allowing the proposal of specific measures for their reduction. In conclusion, the study has allowed a deeper understanding of the risk of BLEVE in the citadels surrounding the gas stations, significantly contributing to the strategies and preventive actions in the field of risk management and disaster prevention in these areas.
